Perched above the Brisbane River on the top floor of the swanky Crystalbrook Vincent hotel, Fiume is one of the city’s most popular bars for sipping, snacking and soaking in the panoramic views.

Every Friday and Saturday, Fiume is serving up $3 natural oysters during selected hours, with the option to upgrade with indulgent toppers – including a Shellies Gin mignonette made with Never Never’s Oystershell Gin or a $6 house-made trio featuring ponzu lime, white wine mignonette, and chilli ginger dressing.

Find your perfect match with a glass of Tai Tira Sauvignon Blanc, Dal Zotto Pucino Limoncello Spritz, a classic Margarita or a glass of Mojo Tivo Blood Orange Spritz, among other delicious cocktails.

Through the venue’s partnership with OzFish, every oyster shelled at Fiume is returned to the sea to help restore reefs in Queensland’s Moreton Bay.
